2018
Łukasz Paszkiewicz and his business partner take full control over Ranon Sp. z o.o. and decide to rebrand the company as PK Capital Sp. z o.o., marking a new phase in the company's growth.
2019
New investors from London’s financial district (City of London) join PK Capital, including James Goozee, Tim Pasco, William Baker, and Szymon Żółkowski, who has experience working with LPP Group.
2020
PK Capital launches a corporate currency exchange platform under the Kantor dla Firm brand, offering new financial solutions for business clients. The company also welcomes Dariusz Daniluk as a shareholder— a lawyer, financier, former Deputy Minister of Finance, and former President of Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego and Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A..

PK Capital acquires 100% of shares in Ekantor Sp. z o.o., the owner of the Ekantor.pl online currency exchange platform, which has been operating since 2014.
